Mimosa is nothing short of an excellent one bedroom apartment with a dedicated parking spot, and a terrace overlooking the surroundings from the sixth floor of the building. Located in Belville, the state of the art residential complex in Belgrade, it is in hailing distance of Delta City (a shopping mall with a variety of facilities: shops, fast food restaurants, game room, cinema, bowling alley etc). The residential area itself is phenomenal: designated parking spots in garages, aplenty of green open space, benches, a tartan running track, wheelchair access to all facilities, and the wide pavements all contribute to your short term stay experience. A ten minute drive or a twenty minute ride on one of the public transport bus/tram lines will get you to the city center (tram and bus stops are just a couple hundred meters away).
The apartment itself consists of a living room with the adjoining dining room, a separate bedroom with a small balcony, a separate kitchen, a corridor and a commodious bathroom. The bedroom has a standard double bed (140cm in width) and the living room has a corner sofa set that can be converted into either a double or two single beds. With its wireless Internet access, a Smart LED 40"TV screen, contemporary style kitchen, and an orderly, roomy bathroom all add up to make Mimosa an excellent choice when it comes to short term lets and accommodation for 4 adults in New Belgrade.

Reuf Sulejmanovic:
Boravili smo u apartmanu porodicno 4 noci i utisci su vrlo dobri. Ugodan smjestaj, dobra lokacija (bus stanica je par stotina metara prema Delta City centru, bus 95 direktno do centra). Blizina Ade je jos jedna pogodnost (15 tak minuta vozilom). Naselje izuzetno mirno i uredjeno, posebno dobro za porodice sa djecom. Naselje ima sve sto vam treba (market, trafika, pekarnica a za vecu kupovinu Delta je 2 min hoda). Mala zamjerka zbog stednjaka koji je vec dotrajao i ne radi bas najbolje - treba zamjena. Dobra stvar je i parking mjesto u garazi. Sve u svemu lijep i ugodan boravak u Beogradu (vec treci put).
