BELGRADE City center, Balkanska

Balkanska is one of the oldest streets in Belgrade. If you arrive here by train or bus and decide to walk towards Terazije and the city center with your luggage, the otherwise pleasant incline of Balkanska street may prove somewhat challenging. The street still preserves the authenticity of the Old Belgrade, mostly because of the cobblestone road and the remaining shops of the trader’s row that used to lure the curious newcomers. BELGRADE apartment is in Balkanska street,some five minutes away from Terazije square and Hotel Moscow. Located on the first floor of an old apartment building, it has a detached dining room with a kitchen and a bedroom. In contrast to the architecture of Balkanska street the apartment itself is very contemporary in style. Suspended ceilings with halogen lights, a nice kitchen with a dinette, a dinning room table for four  people, a hallway with built-in closets and a bathroom, all incorporate into a comfortable abode for two adults. The room itself contains a king size double bed, a sitting area with two enveloped lounge chairs and a coffee table. It takes five minutes on foot to get to central railway and coach terminals, and eight minutes to get to Knez Mihailova Street or the Zeleni Venac bus hub from which it is possible to get to almost any part of the city. If you arrive by car, some 100m away there is a garage at your disposal (upon handover of keys you will also receive a garage door remote control).
