ATHOS Apartment is located in a upmarket tenement built in 2005, very close to Belgrade Arena in New Belgrade. The building hosts three other apartments in our offer GALA, ETNA , ARENA and ORION.
ATHOS has been fully renovated in august 2013. With a standard double bed and two rather conspicuous lounge chairs facing a huge LED TV, ATHOS is a lovely place for two.. ATHOS apartment has a number of interesting interior design details such as attention grabbing ceilings, LED lamps with different types of lights, a huge dandelion shaped chandelier, 40" LED TV to name a few. It is facing the buildings atrium, which makes it rather quiet (you might forget that a highway is just 100 meters away) and provides an abundance of natural light. If the excess light poses a problem, the nontransparent curtains and sunblinds should take care of it.
ATHOS is in an interesting neighborhood. The buildings ground floor hosts a shop, a cafe with an outdoor garden, and quite a few renowned pizza restaurants nearby. It takes twenty minutes on foot to get to both USCE and Delta City Shopping Malls from ATHOS studio apartment.
