Are my friends from Belgrade allowed to stay with me?
There are no restrictions regarding the guests, as long as the code of conduct is not breached (i.e. house rules found on display in the flat and stipulated in the contract). In essence, it is a mere courtesy to your neighbours.

Is there going to be any food available when I arrive?
Our fridges are no longer pre-stocked as we cannot meet all the different dietary needs of our guests. Should you have any requests in this respect, please notify us and we will do our best to meet them.

Do I have to bring my own towels and bed sheets? How often are the towels and the bed linen changed?
The towels and bed linen will be provided for the number of occupants stated in the reservation. They’re replaced on a weekly basis.

Am I permitted to prepare meals in the flat?
Of course. Isn’t it the one of the main advantages why you chose to stay in an apartment? All of the apartments in our offer have a kitchen equipped with utensils that would suffice for a preparation of less demanding meals. Should have any further or specific requirements, we stand at your full disposal – it is our job to make your stay in Belgrade a nice one.

Oh-oh! I lost the keys!
In case of this unfortunate event, you are expected to bear the cost of a new lock and 5 sets of keys(for the sake of your own security and that of fellow guests). This expense can range from 10 to 85 Euros. Therefore, do take care of the keys!

Is there an internet connection at the flat?
Yes. All the apartments have a Wi-Fi connection. Is there a landline in the flat? Most of the apartments don’t. The reason is simple – you can get a SIM card for less than 2 Euros. If you insist on having a landline we advise you to enquire during the booking process.
